1. Deposit is non-refundable, in the event of a date change or cancellation for any reason.
2. The remainder is due before any photographs are released
3. If a photographer is unable to perform to the guidelines of this contract due to a fire or other causality, strike, act of God, act of terrorism or other cause beyond the control of the parties, the photographer shall have no further liability with respect to the agreement. If the photographer is unable to perform to the obligations in this contract for any other reason, they will not be liable for costs in excess of the amount the client has paid. This also applies in the event that the digital files are lost through camera malfunction, damaged in processing, lost in the mail or otherwise damaged with or without fault of the photographer. Every attempt is made to create the best images and wedding possible, no session or photo is guaranteed.
4. In the event of illness, or any other unforeseen circumstance to the photographer, the photographer may substitute another competent, professional photographer to take the photographs. Their terms and conditions will apply and moneys will be paid to them.
5. Images are for personal use, unless you have obtained written consent from the photographer. The photographer reserves the right to display any photographs made in conjunction with this session as samples of her work, purposes of window or showroom exhibit, stock photography, editorial, advertising, promotion on the internet, publication, instruction and professional competition.
6. While every effort is made in professionally developing your prints, over time they may fade or discolor. We are released from any liability due to such inherent qualities. During the event that flash photography is not allowed, high ISO setting must be used creating a pixilated or grainy effect.
By signing this contract the photographer and the clients agree to all terms and conditions stated in this contract.
